These mutated Noils live in the Faerieland Underclouds. During King Terask's invasion of Faerieland, they attacked adventurers hoping to reach Faerie City.
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Winged Noils exist in the real Neopia.
