This Mimbi is the conductor on the train that goes from the Park Station to Autropolis. He is an old friend of Neeter, and loves the games Boat Blasters and Sword of the Cyodrake King. Wanting adventure, he paid the bandits to steal Neeter's blueprints so he could play the hero.
